These templates are copyable planning worksheets for defining an AI responsibility and reviewing pilot evidence. They are planning documents, not executable deployments. THE UNLEASHX POINT OF VIEW
A useful AI employee does more than produce an answer. It has a defined job, permitted actions and a result someone can verify. Our resource library is organized around those decisions.
Start with a business state that should change. Agree the authority needed to change it.
Check the destination record. Keep attempted, confirmed and unresolved work distinct.
Name the receiving person or queue and preserve the decision needed to continue.
CURATED READING & WORKSHEETS
Each resource states who it is for and what you should have when you finish. No assumed implementation timeline or performance guarantee.

A copyable worksheet for scope, system access, authority and completion evidence.
For: Workflow sponsors and implementation teams
Takeaway: A draft scope ready for joint review
TEMPLATES
A case-level worksheet that keeps verified outcomes, exceptions and unknown results distinct.
For: Pilot reviewers and business owners
Takeaway: A reusable evidence review record
HOW TO USE THIS COLLECTION
The responsibility brief defines what you intend to delegate. The evidence scorecard checks whether the configured employee performed that job correctly. Use them together: every success criterion in the brief should be testable in the scorecard.
Record the trigger, prerequisites, exclusions and permitted system operations. Replace broad permissions such as ‘manage claims’ with specific actions such as ‘save intake details to the matched case’.
Open the responsibility briefCapture expected and observed outcomes for each case, together with a destination reference and reviewer decision. Keep pending and handed-off cases visible rather than counting them as completed work.
Open the evidence scorecardAsk the business, system and operational owners to walk through one routine case, one authority exception and one system failure. Resolve conflicting expectations before enabling writes.
Check readinessResponsibility: prepare claims intake. Completion: incident details linked, document states explicit and the packet assigned for review. Exclusion: deciding coverage. In the scorecard, an uploaded document is evidence of receipt, not validation or approval.
What to leave with: These are copyable planning documents, not importable workflow files. You still need to confirm supported integrations, permissions, data handling and test results. The copy action provides the fields; your team supplies the operational decisions.
