THE UNLEASHX PLATFORM

One platform.
A workforce that gets work done.

The UnleashX platform is where AI employees are configured, governed and evaluated. You define what each one may do, which systems it may touch, and which decisions stay with your people. Run AI employees that act autonomously across conversations and business systems. Your knowledge guides the work. Your rules define authority. Your people step in when needed.

FROM REQUEST TO RESULT

The conversation is the beginning. Not the deliverable.

See how a service request becomes context, an autonomous system action and a recorded outcome. Inspect the exception path to see where human authority takes over.

One platform. A complete work cycle.Illustrative service workflow · not live telemetry

REQUESTS & EVENTS

“Can you move my appointment?”

Voice, chat, video or a system event starts the scoped workflow. The channel is the entry point, not the whole job.

THE PLATFORM FOUNDATION

Roles, context and execution, working together.

An employee needs more than a prompt. It needs a defined job, reliable knowledge, permitted tools and a way to determine whether the work actually finished.

Knowledge in context

Connect approved answers and process guidance to relevant customer records. Define what happens when knowledge is missing or conflicting instead of letting the employee invent an answer.

Define the role

Workforce orchestration

Route work to the responsible role, preserve its current state and pass the context needed for the next action. Use multiple employees where the process benefits, not simply to increase agent count.

Explore orchestration

Permissioned system actions

Read and update your systems through scoped access. Match records carefully, verify writes and define recovery for uncertain results. Your existing systems remain the source of truth.

Explore integrations

CAPABILITIES, NOT SEPARATE SILOS

Choose how the work starts. Keep the outcome connected.

Voice, chat, workflow, video and phone-based call capabilities can be activated where they fit the role.

Voice agents

Handle spoken interactions end-to-end, with clear routing between routine action and handoff.

Explore voice agents

Click to call

Start outbound or callback calls from approved states, contacts and permissions.

Chat agents

Answer from approved knowledge and resolve supported requests through connected workflows. Carry relevant context into system actions or a human handoff.

Workflow automation

Connect business events, conditions and system operations. Distinguish deterministic steps from tasks that need an AI employee or an authorized human decision.

Explore workflow automation

Video agents

Use video-led interactions for guidance, onboarding and customer assistance, not only verification. Confirm the interaction mode, consent and recording requirements.

Call evaluation

Track speech quality, action execution and unresolved work before expanding call traffic.

ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS

Autonomy needs an operating model.

Agree the boundaries before release, inspect what happens in production and make changes through a reviewed process. These are implementation requirements, not implied certifications or universal deployment promises.

Governance & security

Define allowed actions, access boundaries and who can change the rules. Human handoffs carry the request, completed work and decision needed; they are not a substitute for clear ownership.

Review the approach

Evaluation & improvement

Test routine work, tool failures and requests outside authority. Review final records alongside responses, then retest updated knowledge or workflows before expanding responsibility.

Review the approach

Deployment architecture

Map data movement, runtime access and operational ownership. Confirm hosting, retention, identity and network requirements against the actual environment.

Review the approach

Measure completed work.

A booked meeting needs a confirmed calendar record. A claim intake needs its required fields and document status. A return request is not a refund. Define evidence of completion for the workflow you deploy.

Prepare your first deployment

ONE PLATFORM. TWO STARTING POINTS.

Hire the role you need. Build the one you don’t have.

Hire a pre-built employee

Start with a specialist whose responsibility fits your process. Configure knowledge, system access and business rules, then evaluate real cases before release.

  • Compare responsibilities and exception boundaries.
  • Choose a measurable first job.
  • Keep the business owner and recovery path explicit.
Explore AI employees

Build a custom workforce

Start from a process with different responsibilities, unusual actions or several distinct stages. Design the roles and event-based handoffs around the outcome.

  • Define triggers, tools and completion evidence.
  • Connect roles only where coordination adds value.
  • Test end-to-end behavior and exception recovery.

PLATFORM QUESTIONS

What to understand before you start.

What does the UnleashX platform do?

The platform connects AI employee roles, approved knowledge, conversations and system actions around a business outcome. Employees execute routine work within configured authority. Shared records, clear completion criteria and contextual human handoffs keep the process accountable beyond the conversation.

How is the platform different from an AI employee?

An employee owns a particular responsibility, such as sales qualification or claims intake. The platform provides the operating structure around that role: its knowledge, tools, workflow, permissions and evaluation approach. Pre-built and custom employees use the same platform foundation.

Does autonomous execution mean there is no human oversight?

No. Business owners define scope, knowledge and authority before release. Routine actions run without repeated approvals, while exceptions and decisions outside scope go to authorized people. Teams review outcomes, resolve failures and approve changes to the operating rules.

Is UnleashX only a voice or chatbot platform?

No. Voice, chat, workflow automation and video agents are capabilities within the workforce platform. Choose the interaction and trigger that fits the job, then connect it to a permitted action and a verified result. Confirm the supported channels and delivery model for your deployment.

Can we hire pre-built employees and build custom roles together?

Yes, the two paths start from different role definitions, not different platform stories. Use a pre-built role where the job fits; design a custom workforce when the process needs different responsibilities or coordination. Agree the exact integrations and event-based handoffs during implementation.

How does the platform connect to enterprise systems?

Map the records each role needs to read and the operations it may perform. Review actual APIs, identity matching, credentials, network access and write verification. System categories are a requirements map, not a guarantee that every vendor has a ready-made connector.

What happens when an action cannot be verified?

Keep the result unresolved rather than reporting success. Define how to inspect the destination record, retry safely and assign recovery when the state remains uncertain. For actions outside authority, send the request, completed steps and decision needed to a named person.

How should we evaluate a workforce?

Inspect the answer, permitted action and final system state together. Test missing information, tool failures and policy exceptions as well as routine cases. Track business outcomes separately from conversation quality, and retest changes before extending the workflow’s responsibility.

Which deployment and security options are available?

Confirm supported hosting, model access, network, retention and identity controls against your requirements. The reference architecture is not a certification or a promise of a particular hosting model. Request implementation evidence during technical and procurement review.

How do click-to-call and call evaluation fit in?

Click-to-call enables outbound/callback call journeys from approved states. Call evaluation is the review layer that validates speech handling, action execution and unresolved outcomes before expansion. Both are delivered within the same workforce governance and evidence model.
